Request for Use of Oasis Room

Normal Hours of Operation: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm



*During normal business hours (10am - 6pm, Tuesday to Sunday)
** If the room is rented for the same day each week (minimum of 8 calendar weeks)

For each hour outside of normal business hours, there will be a service charge of $10 per/hour in addition to the fee schedule listed. A representative from Storm Wisdom must be on the premises during the entire time the facility is in use. No key(s) will be given out.


By submitting this form you agree to all terms listed on this page, and assume total responsibility for adherence to the considerations listed here as well as for any damage to the facility or its contents, or any loss by theft as a result of your group’s presence.

Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 3 business days of room reservation request. Once scheduling has been confirmed, a 50% deposit is due within 3 business days, or the reservation is subject to cancellation.


Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a workshop... please do so at least 10 business days in advance - otherwise the full fee is expected. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for a refund.


Promotion:

• Seminars and workshops are included on our website 'Events' page. If you prefer to keep the audience exclusive ( i.e. staff or club meeting) it will be posted as a ‘Private Function’.
• Seminars and workshops are featured in our 'Newsletter' (space permitting).
• Flyers with course description, bio, picture and/or any other relevant information may be left at Storm Wisdom and will be posted (space permitting). If you would like us to create a flyer for you based on your electronically submitted information, there is a $15 set-up/layout fee. Examples of in-house flyers are available for your review.
• Flyers can be printed by Storm Wisdom for $.10 per/page print fee (minimum 25). If your flyer is used, please send us a print ready .pdf file.


Transaction Processing:

If there is a fee for the participants of this workshop, we can provide a service to collect the money on your behalf (with 5% surcharge for credit card transactions). All transactions processed by Storm Wisdom are available for pick-up (or by mail) 2 business days after your event.
